ネットワーク利用の内規

1. ネットワーク利用に際しては、それぞれ利用先の規則を順守する義務を負うものとする。
2. 禁止事項
   ネットワーク上で次のような事項に係わる利用は禁止する。
   
   
   1. システムの改変、破壊や運用上の不正利用
   2. 個人のプライバシーに係わる利用
   3. 営利を目的とした利用
   4. 公序良俗に反する利用
   5. 犯罪行為に結び付く利用
   6. 関西大学の名誉を傷つける利用
   7. 本学関係者又は第三者に不利益を与えると判断される利用
   8. その他法令に反する利用
   
   
3. 本申合せに違反した場合には、学部長・研究科長は必要な調査の上、一定期間、利用者ＩＤを取り消すなどの措置を取る。

Please observe the following rule, when you use a network at a university.

1. All the Internet users are subject to the rules and restrictions set by the facility.
2. All the users may have the Internet access only for legal purposes. Examples of unacceptable uses include but are not limited to the following:
   
   
   1. Modification, destruction, or illegal use of the system or network.
   2. Any use that violates individual privacy
   3. Any profit-oriented use
   4. Any use that might offend public order and morals
   5. Any use that might lead to/involve criminal acts
   6. Any use that might lead to damaging the reputation of Kansai University
   7. Any use that might create disadvantage for concerned parties of Kansai University or any other third parties
   8. Any other illegal uses
   
   
3. Violations of the rules and restrictions will result in a suspension of user ID for a certain period of time after necessary investigation conducted by the faculty dean.
